Delete your account

Information about deleting an Eda Unlock account and associated personal data.

Apple requirement: if the released app supports account creation, the user must be able to initiate account deletion from within the app. This webpage is supplemental.

Delete from Eda Unlock

  1. Open Eda Unlock on your iPhone.
  2. Open your account or settings area.
  3. Select the account-deletion option.
  4. Review the information shown and confirm your request.

The exact labels may change by app version. If you cannot access your account or the deletion control, contact us below.

What deletion means

When an account-deletion request is completed, we will delete the account record and associated personal data that we are not required or permitted to retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, or legitimate recordkeeping purposes. Some de-identified or aggregated information may no longer be associated with you.
